BAD SERVICE

Sunday evening I went to put petrol at Sasol garage in parkland and the service I received from the petrol attended was the worst ever. I only pour petrol in my car there and have never had any issues with the guys up until Sunday when I encounter a petrol attendant who was so so rude. Arrived at the garage most pumps was full except one where I stood waiting for the next car to move that attended will come assist me and no one came instead when the next car arrived he assisted the guys and when I complained he had a decency to shout at me and said to me I should have lifted my butt and come tell me am first, eventually when one came to apologize and acknowledged that they are in a wrong and the same guy said why should he apologize cause there's nothing wrong he has done. The petrol attended is Zulu cause he had a tradition bangle on his left arm(isiphandla). It is a pity I did not get his name. I would really like that management on that garage can address this with him cause people tend to get away with bad behaviors and continue to do so.
