Bad service

We were on our way for the holidays when we stopped at Sasol in Melmoth. First of all we were stunned to see that we have to pay to use their facilities which were not clean at all. Dont get me wrong, I dont mind paying for a facility that is neat and clean, where I live in Piet Retief we dont need to pay and it is always spotless. Thereafter we were looking for some coffee and we were told that the machine is not working. We confronted the manager and the reply from him was that we are welcome to go to Total if we are not happy with his service, and that yesterday was a public holiday we should just understand. Very unhappy with this poor service!!!
