bad service

this morning as i pulled up the gas service sation of Sasol in belhar, i asked the service consultant to assist me with R50 worth of unleaded petrol. he pours R100 worth and he has the decency to shout at me and tell me JUST BECAUSE I NOW A CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT, I PLAY WITH HIM BECAUSE I KNOW IM GOING TO CAUSE A SCENE. he then tells me he was going to suck out all of the petrol out of my car. i demanded to see a manager and the manager did not come. hes colleague came to me stating that i must pay for the petrol while hector was screeming and shouting in the background. i must say i was appalled by the service plus the attitude of hector infront of other customers, i felt so small so i told them i was not going to pay because of his poor listening skills plus bad attitude. i must say SASOL EMPLOYEES HAS NO MANNERS FOR GOOD SERVICE NOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS....
