Bad service

<p>i have a big problem with the service i have been getting at duduza sasol garage</p> <p> </p> <p>i work for a service provider and we get Reward cards that we can spend anywhere its the same as a credit card,so when im their either for patrol or to buy something i am told that they will not swipe my ***** card for they not sure if ill be taking money or putting it in</p> <p> </p> <p>i have spoke to the managers and she was more rude then the patrol tendent and the casher,so i asked to speak to someone above them and i spoke to a Rudzani and he asured me that he will get someone that will assist me with the issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>the following day i had someone call me and he assusred me that i can use the card for he knows abnout them...the following day when i got there the patrol attended didnt want to assist me with patrol and i stood there for about 15min before someone came to assist,</p> <p> </p> <p>they still didnt take my card so i had to walk home to get my bank card since they didnt want me to fetch it by car...that same night i went in the garage to buy and still i was refused.</p> <p> </p> <p>can someone please help in solving this issue because this is really getting too much for me.this is not on</p>
