bad customer service Sasol at Rosebank

I have reported that Sasol garage at Rosebank has debited my money without them pouring me petrol. I have called in for complaint but no one has contacted me about this. Sasol Rosebank garage is so inconsiderable and the staff are not well train to manage unhappy customer. I have been complaining since last week Thursday and no one has to call me for my refund. I am so so angry because that garage does not know how to treat people every well.
