Bad customer service at sasol mhluzi

ost my phone at sasol mhluzi next to lotto village near the police station. They're Manager is rude and not so helpful and he can't even look at you in the eye when you speak to him. We asked him to check cameras for us but he went into that room alone and never came out. He has made us to believe that one of his employees may have picked up the phone and he's trying to cover up his tracks. James there who is an employee couldn't even or was afraid to give us his managers name. Sasol has become the worst and poorest petrol station. Zero customer service. Disappointed customer.
