Bad customer service at Sasol Maitland Cape Town

On Saturday 16 December 2023 at 22:50 myself and my family was at Sasol Maitland garage Voortrekker road Kensington Cape Town where we usually fill up all our vehicles, when the petrol attendant threw in petrol instead of diesel in our vehicle, I called the area/regional manager guy and he explained the attendant know what the procedure is, they called their supervisor, she advised that we should leave the car there until Monday morning which is ridiculous and not trustworthy, she then said she will get hold of the owner and up until today Tuesday 19 December 2023 we still did not hear from her nor the owner, they do not care about their customers at all, they have no sense of empathy, I think they would have if it was their own family or friends, won't be supporting this Sasol any longer as a community member of that area, very unprofessional
