Bad customer service

I was at Sasol petrol station on the 29/02/2020 @ about 18h30 and I was assisted by Neo the cashier I bought Sparletta iron brew,doritos and frito Neo did not treat me with respect not even as a customer but as a human being She asked me to bring the items that I was buying as I placed them over the counter but they not next to her as She was sitting against the wall She did not want to stand up and get the items She totally refused to take them asking me to bring to her rolling her eyes I found it very disrespectfully.
