BAD ATTITUDE & POOR SERVICE

As a regular customer at the Sasol garage at Fourways. I was shocked with the level of rudeness I got from the petrol attendants. The garage was not even busy for me to wait as long as I did to be attended. The lady attendant was rude to me because I asked her what was I suppose to do to be attended, I was appauled by her back chat to me while she sat down & continued to chat with her colleague. And I am also disappointed in the Manager Richard of the garage because he showed a level of not caring about the level of service the petrol attendants were giving. He said he will get back to me after he has investigated the matter, but I am surprised how he will be able to do that seeing that he was not bothered to take my information.
