Bad and Unprofessional Service

On the 10th of June 2025 round 13:00 went to Sasol Nelspruit there one situated at N4, I was called by this other guy by the name of Paris to come to the pump that was opposite my petrol tank. I then asked him to please ask the car in front of me to move as apparently the car was only waiting for the slip or change. Paris stated exchanging words with and even swear at me, mind you i have my 14 years old son as my passenger! Paris's supervisor came and asked the car in front if he can move and the drive did without any problem, supervisor attended me and l left still exchanging words with Paris. I then called Sasol and asked to speak to the manager and the lady by the name of Confidence Mvalo introduce herself as the manager , i then informed her about the incidence that happened earlier on she then asked that she speaks to Paris and i should come after work so that Paris can apologies. After work i drove to their filling station and guess what? Paris gave me the same stinking attitude that he gave me earlier on and continued raising his voice on me and i had to leave just for the sake of my son not to experience such behavior which i also took as GBV. I was promised by Confidence that her HR will be in contact with me and up until today no one came back to me. I am very disappointed on such a service i got from Sasol after I have been their client since my first car which is about over 20 years ago!
