APPALLING SERVICE AT SASOL SOMERSET WEST R44

On Sunday 14 April 2024 at around 8:38am I pulled off at Sasol Somerset West to fill my car. As drove into the forecourt there were 3 petrol attendants basking in the sun. The guys were so reluctant to assist me as none of them moved towards me give me the service. Shortly after me a white woman pulled off to the pump next to me and one of petrol attendants hurried to help the lady. I hooted and informed the petrol attendant that I was the first to arrive therefore, I should be served first as I was also in a hurry to get to my destination. The petrol attendant ignored me and continued to assist the white lady who came after me. I literally disembarked from my car registering my displeasure. The attendant gave me an attitude and me informed me that his colleague was coming to help me. I was filled with emotion and drove away to the next petrol station as I felt discriminated. This was not the first time it happened at the same filling station. The first time it happened I never reported it and I assumed it was just a human mistake. Sasol has just lost another client as I have the right to spend my money where I feel respected and valued as a customer who is bringing business. Sasol should be reminded that money has no creed or race.
