Appalling Service

Today I went to Sasol in Botlokwa,the service wasn’t pleasant and Granny the manager is rude and unfriendly the way She was talking to me not willingly to listen to my request. I went to the store requesting hazard spark plug with a sample and Mischak who was not interested just pointed me to the guard who said take size 16 not knowing that it was supposed to be 21 and prior I left I opened the product and realized it’s not the same size. I returned immediately they said they will not take it . I need to pay for the correct size again . I paid R166 and R144 . Granny the manager said “Go ahead and report, it makes no difference. We are ill-treated just because we are at rural areas. No interest of customers whatsoever.
