Agrogant and extremely rude employees

It was 9:45pm when I went out to get some ice, after the docter recommended it for my wife who has been bleeding through her throat and nose after a major operation. By this time she has been bleeding for 7 hours and we where desperate. I went to the garage and all 3 of the utterly disgustingly arogant and rude workers there looked me in the eyes and ignored me. After I tried explaining the situation to them they rudely interrupted me say we are closed and continued on ignoring me. I then told them the doctor recommended the ice and that at this time it is an emergency which they also ignored. I decided that these arogant assholes is not going to listen to me and I left. When I drove out they have put a black traffic cone in the middle of the passway which I couldn't see, because it was painted black and 10 pm at night. I hit it with my car and it caused major damage to my front bumper. This is not the last of this, and I will take this up with the manager of the garage and see if he is just as arrogant as the rest of his utter useless employees.
