ABSA REWARDS NOTHING AT SASOL

I put in fuel with SASOL for ABSA rewards. I am in CAPE TOWN CENTRE. I find a SASOL on GOOGLE MAPS, and drive all the way there. I fill up. Days later I do the same. I become susicious and check my rewards out. No rewards added for these two refills. I make ABSA aware. They take more than 6 months before they say - sorry its nothing to do with the, I post on Hellopeter. There is a response from ABSA, asking detail. I give them the peron's name and phone. No response. Check, GOOGLE MAPS still show that garage on lower main rd, Observatory as a SASOL>

I have been waiting since last year for my ABSA rewards payback. ABSA says it has nothing to do with them.

This is laughable. There has been no response. ABSA is prepared to chuck a client as they won't pay 5% REWARDS on twice I put in fuel at a service station - in their SASOL rewards stall. I may cancel my REWARDS in two weeks from now. I am already putting in BP fuel.
