Sasol inzalo shares are a ****

My late Father bought the shares a long time ago and upon his death the appointed executors handled the estate until it was finalized and closed. But there were shares that were not claimed as sasol inzalo didn't notify the estate of my father's shares when the estate advertised in the newspapers about the estate so now we have shares at sasol inzalo shares that we cannot claim. We have engaged with them on multiple occasions with regards to the shares and my Father passed away in 2016 August but even today we can't claim or even get them to tell us the value of the shares or what is happening with those shares, our executors have also tried to no avail and now since the estate was finalized there is no way forward and the consultants at sasol inzalo have attitude for days about helping us and they claim it's our responsibility to keep on pestering them. But they didn't tell my late Father that they would give us or the executors problems to claim after he had passed on and now that he is no longer alive I feel they just taking advantage and now we might never get those shares or even claim from sasol inzalo. When my father passed away he left behind 3 children, now my younger brother has passed on and there is 2 of us left. I think they dragging this so we give up or die before claiming our inheritance. It's not fair and it's definitely not what they sold my Father.
