Sasol Shares

Many years ago, in good faith I purchased Sasol shares for the lady that was working in my family for many years, these were the shares only available to the previous disadvantaged. Last year Sept this lady passed away after 40 years of service, I was appointed Executor of the estate for Ms NM Masilela,,ID No *** 085 her only daughter Kidbone Joyce Masilela ID No *** 089 being the recipient of the estate. Foe the past year I have been battling with the frustrating level of service. The FICA process was completed for both parties, all documentation required was sent, upon receipt thereof they requested a payment of R94 as a transfer fee. These shares, a year down the line have still not been transferred, upon making an enquiry via e-mail I was told that they have not received all the documentation. The problem here is both via e-mail and telephonically each query or submission is handled by a different person, typical South African syndrome, the left hand has no idea what the right is doing.
