Difficulties Onboarding Supplier

Good Day,

We at Afrocentric, have reached out for an Annual Subscription for three of our Employees. However we had to first on-board you as a supplier before payment can be processed. I have reached out several times to have you share the required onboarding documents with no luck. Even had calls dropped in my ear, which is obviously concerning about your brand. Will it be too much to ask if someone can send us a non-expired bank letter, and a completed Checklist form so we can complete the supplier onboarding, make the payment, and subscribe to your services please?
