Unresponsive Sasko Bread

I'm very shocked by the unresponsiveness of Sasko. I've sent them an email twice. They asked how I would like to correspond with them. Obvious choice. WhatsApp. I still yet to receive a response from them. They sent me a second email asking the same questions. I responded yet again and that was it. Never heard from them again. I suppose they ' HAVE THEIR HANDS FULL WITH THE LADY WHO FOUND A RAT IN HER BREAD' TO THE POINT WHERE MY LITTLE INCIDENT IS TRIVIAL.

I ordered 3 loaves of Sasko bread through Cherkers 60/60. The bread that arrived was grossly undersized. I took pics and sent them to Sasko.
