BREAD QUALITY

It is not a pleasure to purchase bread any longer. The quality is not the same as years past, tastes like the bread is not baked through properly, it is constantly moist and has no "body" . Spreading butter on a slice of bread is a mission, no matter how soft the butter.

What happened to the quality, in comparison to the prices we are paying?
