Never buy a house through them, I bought a new house at Phelabontle Mogwase North West, I got building loan from Nedbank, I bought a house in April 2022 its a 3 bedroom house even today they are not done, other people who app**** after me have moved in last year, the person responsible for building is known as Mr Kobus, he is a *****, use cheap materials to build, they promised me that they'll refund me the installment since the house is not finished but we fight before they can refund, for January they haven't refunded me since the bank deducted on the 3/01/2022 the owner of the company is Mr Boshof. Never buy from them you will regret. They are situated at 197 Kock Street, Rustenburg.
