Complaint

I am writing to bring to your attention a highly concerning and distressing experience we encountered with one of your agents Pashy during our recent tenancy at Pebble Falls lifestyle estate. The conduct of the agent, was not only unprofessional but also deeply disturbing.

Throughout the move-out process, the agent displayed a complete lack of empathy and understanding towards our situation. creating unnecessary stress and discomfort for my family and me. From the unreasonable demand for immediate vacation of the premises to the mishandling and damage of our personal belongings, the entire experience was truly disheartening. Before we even knew we were going to move. on 21 July she already had someone signing a lease while we lived there. She doesn't have us time to move out, only Wednesday 30 July, but we have not paid the new agent and couldn't move at that time. Thursday, we paid, but it was just me, my 3 year old daughter, and 3 mouth old twin babies, so how could I move alone? Friday, she asked for a view, and we said yes, but the place was unsorted because we were in the process of moving. When it was time, I told her I and my partner felt uncomfortable about the view because, like I said, it was messy, and there were not enough boxes to pack all our things. She said they can view from the front door I said thank you but she just rep**** saying "we will see and I don't want them to fight with you as our in their apartment now." we said no to the viewing. Then it was the weekend she ask to be out Saturday but we said we will be out on Sunday,we when to the police station just to know if there is something we can do because she threatened us about calling the police and I should be ready to traumatize my kids. later that day we all went to the police station and the police man was there to witness that they said that they would help us move but we all agreed to take it downstairs. We agreed because they said the new tenants don't have a place to sleep that day . They started to put all the stuff outside on the first floor passage, but neighbors could barely get to their apartments, so she offended to move the things with us because she has the man power. They started to throw our things off the first floor to the ground. We have witnesses that saw this. Even one of the witnesses asked the agent why she is throwing our stuff, and she said that they needed to move the new tenants today. I said her to help us get our stuff to the ground floor because it was getting late and that is when she and the guy who is also a agent said it is not their problem because they just wanted to free the apartment, that they are not movers and if we want they can get movers but they will store all the belongingsto a storage unit and we need to pay to get our stuff back . Then it was time she left me saying she had kids to go too but we did not have our bed in the new place to sleep. luckily, my partner went to get our bed . One of the babies got sick because I treid helping and she said I should help just to put one of the babies on my back, mind you I have still have a 3 year old and a other baby and it was 6pm. One of the men asked to help take one of my plants that was a gift down stairs. I waited and my partner when up stairs and saw the two flowers was breaking off and was throwing, the pot was breaking that was also a gift and it was a mosaic cement pot. It was just my husband and I left to move the things till 2 a.m., and everything was left all night outside on the passage so anybody could ***** our things
