Proper ****

At the beginning of April I started a new job in Kelvin so I googled lift clubs and a company by the name of Sash J came up so I decided to give them a try. The owner Kimberly Sobantu, contacted me and that Tuesday 3rd of April I had a lift and the driver had lifted me for that week but needless to say, he drove thru red robots, and complained about the traffic and a daily basis and to top it all off he speaks on his cell phone while driving. That Friday 6th April after work, we almost had a accident as he went thru a red robot. After contacting Kim explaing that I am not happy with the driver, she then told me that on Monday I will be getting a new driver. I paid her R1500 for the next three weeks which made me broke but at least I had my lifting sorted out. The Monday 9th April, she apparently organised a new driver for me which never bothered turning up and everytime I tried contacting her, I battled getting thru to her but when I finely got thru to her, she apologized and guaranteed and that I will have a driver the next morning and the same thing happened day after day. I then had to Uber which cost me even more money that I did not have! I got a email from her saying that a reimbur*****t for be given back to me of R1040(less uber rides and ewallet) both of these were not my problem as I was using her services. On Friday 11th May I decided to sms her and remind her about the reimbur*****t as today its due, I have been added to her block list and clearly indicates shes running away from all communication. Her cell phone number is ********** . How do I solve this?
