Awesome advertising but unfortunately Ms. Kimberly Sobuntu lacks the management integrity and common courtesy to stay true to her word and contractual agreement and liabilities.

My sister signed a contract in March and on the very first day using SASH J Lifts, my sister was disappointed by lack of organisational s****s and miscommunication between Kimberly and her drivers. The assigned driver was not even aware that my sister was supposed to be picked up. Which basically set the tone for what was to come: a string of late pick up's resulting in arriving late to work, wasted airtime and data (due to having to constantly remind Kimberly to adhere to agreed times for the service to resume) and additional cost for uber on the days when Kimberly was unable to provide the service paid for.

A month later, she amended the contract and the price increased significantly. She sporadically made verbal changes and agreements without consulting the contract and because my sister was in need of the service, she obliged.

Within that same month Kimberly decided that my sister needs to opt-out of the contract without reasonable notice. Kimberly Sobantu promised to reimburse my sister on a date which she chose. Needless to say the date has come and gone and Kimberly has since ignored all contact my sister tried to make with her. Kimberly's radio silence is yet another tactic of avoidance which further demonstrates her lack of business ethic.
