Sasfin/Sunlyn dishonest companies

My company had signed an agreement with Sasfin/Sunlyn via Smart Office Connection Western Cape. We signed with Smart Office for maintenance and usage (Toner) for the printer. The sales person convinced us to sign a contract to rent a printer and the finance company happened to be Sasfin/Sunlyn, Sunlyn is a sister company to Sasfin or something like that. The debit order that goes off our account is Sasfin but the agreement is with Sunlyn. I was not employed at the time of initial agreement. I was employed this year. We are 2 years into the contract. This contract for the printer rental should be ******* as we are bound for 60 Months. The total contract value of the printer comes to R 28 600. The cash price is R 7 500. the printer on bid or buy went for R 3 500. We contacted Sasfin regarding an upgrade , as the contract states an upgrade is possible with their prior written consent. However they emailed us saying that in order to upgrade the entire contract must be settled, so how is that an 'Upgrade' , That is merely settling the old contract and taking a new contract with your dishonest company hence all costs will be on us.

Please don't respond with all your legal **** jargon. You rather not reply. I saw an article on biznews regarding you doing the same thing to another company.

I don't care if you reply or not, but please all new/small comapanies or any company wanting a printer. Do not rent/lease it, rather use a small cheap printer or save up to buy a good one.

Don't be like us and be bound to the worst possible contracts by dishonest companies and salesman. Please learn from our mistakes.
