Worse service

worse experience ever, here is the story , we have more than 2 printers that are financed by this bank, we have been having an issue with the service provider so we decided to call the bank to give us the list of their service providers to take over from this service provider, they promised to send us the list after numerous reminders still today we haven't received the list, we are sitting with 2 machines not working over 2 months now
