Super Annoyed

Yet again they've done ite, I don't know what to do now.. .last week I submitted a review regarding my fiance's applying for a loan.... they called him and advised him to email another banking statement they did not mention that he should also email again his id document..... now we received a massage that they not sure if it's him we have to again to go the branch to submit Wow...1 week and 3 working days.... ***********
