****. Not a real bank

This bank is a raging joke. First, I sign up online last week for a business bank account. They call and follow up and I feel good about my decision. Well, now after a week I am convinced they are a **** and that is why I've never heard of them before.

I've called in 4 times. Once to be told that someone would call me back, another to be passed on to a voicemail box, another to have the call dropped upon picking it up, and just now the call was picked up and passed on to an automated recording telling me they can't take my call.

Now they've wasted a week of my time and I have to re-do this whole application process with another bank.
