SASFIN, the reason why you should NEVER sign a D.O!!!

Some months ago I started reviewing my companies debit orders and found one for SASFIN. This has been going on for so many years that no one in the company has documentation on this credit agreement, but our admin manager believes it is for a hire purchase that ended YEARS AGO! I requested documentation from them (email to customercare@ and info@) No response whatsoever. Phoned and held on for a decade, no human picked up the phone no matter which selections I made. Third option - I cancel the debit order MONTHLY with my bank to see if I could shake someone into making contact...NOPE! So every month I have to load a stop for this payment until it gets resolved which it seems its will never be. I honestly dont know how this company calls itself a business without laughing themselves to death
