SASFIN BANK IS NO GOOD

In May 202 I app**** for a rental with Toshiba. They operate under the name “coptype” and rent machines of SAFIN bank. The agreement with the rep was R340 rental per month

After two months I had to threatened them with cancellation because of the following reasons: 1. They never sent me an invoice, and after two months when I queried them they sent me 8 invoices? 2. They debited my account with various kinds of debits 3. I paid them in full for the charges 4. SASFIN charged me for “Documentation fee”; debit order fee”, rental and insurance 5. and Copytype also debited me for “Documentation fee”, rental, insurance, annual service and maintenance (although the “brand new” machine was not even a full two months in my office) 6. It became clear that they used the rep just to get their machines rented, and the moment you do rent then they come forward with all sorts of “costs” 7. Now I had to pay almost R3000 for a machine of which the agreement was R430 per month with no other costs. I feel mislead .They are dishonest people.

Don't insult me with your outomated reply. SASFIN bank remain no good. i wont change my mind about it unless they come forward with a written apology AND stick to the agreement. SASFIN is the most complain about bank is South Africa! Get your act together.
