Sasfin Bank _ Additional Account Opening _ Issue

Good day, 3 days later, no feedback from a manager or relationship consultant that is suppose to contact me regarding opening a additional account at your establishment. I know I was adviced about only one account allowed, but it brings in some new business for you with each account that's opened and I don't want to move to another bank, so please get someone to assist.
