SAD SAFIN SAGA
If you are a small to medium business owner, never, never ever do business with Sasfin Bank. Their accounts department and invoicing is shocking, absolutely terrible. Assistance with queries is zero and attitude completely unhelpful. When you rent a photocopier with Kyocera you are not told that you will be billed by Sasfin Bank and that your bill is related to the repo rate etc, it's a complete disaster. They up your bill and then charge you interest, then you waste your time with email upon email to no avail and then they come to the party and reverse some interest, but then the whole sad saga just begins again.....it's terrible and these contracts are 3+ years, don't be fooled into it!!
