Please help

I really do not understand.

I bought a car through Renault and they give this free insurance with the car. My car got in an accident because of a drunk guy which means it was not my fault. I claimed from the insurance because I was told I have insurance with my car. No penalty fee of R15 000 they will only pay out R3000 what nonsense is you can only claim after 90 days. Which means that when you drive your car out of renault you are not insured for 3 months!

Now where my problem actually is I have an extra on my car that if I get in an accident I am covered for R7000 this service I pay R200 a month for. Do you think this will pay out? No because I am claiming in the first three months. So basically I am paying for a service I cant use.

I asked the guy for a copy of my contract and he said no he cannot supply one.

So tell me what must I do ? Will lawyers be my only choice now?
