Opening of a bank account

I tried to open an account with this bank I was given a run around the whole of January being told people are still on Holidays when they came back they rejected my back account application, upon following up on why they did so the lady on the Switchboard Lauren or Lauretta is very Rude you call once and she picks your number from the system she is using she drops calls intentionally I regret even trying to to open an account with them and I curse the day I was told this poor bank is a Good 🚮
