Not the bank for small business

Note that SASFIN bank has failed to provide effective services for us as Small business, not only is the services limited but also some essential component we required they could not provide, costing us a small business a major loss. their attempt to resolve this was not even nearly enough and we still await their "Managers" call regarding our complaints.
