No responsibility for incorrect instructions given

I paid Sasfin Bank money over to invest for me, but due to incorrect instructions given to me by them, they do not take responsibility and trying to accommodate me, due to this error made by Sasfin bank, NO, they send my money back to my ABSA account. IT IS NOW MORE THAN A WEEK, I STILL DO NOT HAVE THIS MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT, AS sasfin bank BLAME absa AND absa BLAME sasfin bank!! SO WHAT HAPPEN TO THIS BIG AMOUNT OF MONEY?
