On Monday I app**** for another loan and send all my needed documents twice. No feedback since. Today is Friday. I phoned to find out what's happening. So the agent told me it has not yet been submitted to review. Why all of a sudden the service went down so fast. Are you guys short on staff or what happened that its not what it used to be. I always used to refer people to Capfin. But now I feel disappointed. Can you maybe make your online so we can see how far our process is with loan application as well.
