No banking done here

I have had such a dismal experience with Sasfin. I opened my business account here 2 years ago and have now in desperation gone back to FNB. And oh my, am I struggling to get anyone to close this account! Numerous emails and devious connecting to SASFIN related people on Linkedin to get a response. My list of woes with this institution is very long. I guess its too much to expect anyone to contact me, but there's always hope,....5 of May, email sent for account closure, it's 23 June today and still no success. Most unprofessional lot ever. I get far superior service from Capitec bank
