Incompotance is the face of Capfin

Capfin is by far the worst financial services provider, I regret the day I took a loan with them... They are unfriendly, unkind and inhuman and I considered!

I fell behind with payment after I got retrenched and I kept getting called after I explained that I am now unemployed and I don't know when I will get my UIF money and the one lady asked me to borrow money from someone to pay the arrears.... This was just the start of unprofessionalism... Everyone is struggling and who is going to borrow a single mother money to pay capfin that is not a priority now the world is in a crisis and I managed to get money so that I can pay the arrears and then they go an debit my account on the 22nd of June when my debit is supposed to go off on the 1st of every month... So what am I supposed to do for the rest of the month because you decided to debt earlier than was said!

I'm def going to report you guys to the trade and industry council because you guys are nog treating customers fairly!
