HELLO PAISA - BAD SERVICE

I did swipe on the 2nd of June - an amount of 16 726 for my daughter's school fees and transaction was successfully . Up until today - these funds havent been credited to the receiving bank. i have called the call centre numerous times - to no avail . All these agents promise to fix the problem and call back - but they never do so. I NEED MY MONEY BACK - I HAD TO REPAY THE SAME AMOUNT TWICE!!!!!!
