********* Freezing of Funds & Poor Customer Service
I had funds deposited into my Hello Paisa (Sasfin Bank) account, only for the account to be immediately frozen on the grounds of "suspected *****." Despite providing all the required proof of the authenticity of the transaction, I have been given no clear resolution—only delays and excuses.
It’s unacceptable that a bank can withhold clients' money indefinitely, even when the transaction can be easily traced as it was an electronic transfer, not a cash deposit. Instead of protecting customers, Hello Paisa (Sasfin Bank) seems to be abusing its terms of service to withhold funds unfairly.
If this is how they treat customers, I strongly advise others to stay away from this bank. This feels like a deliberate scheme to lock people out of their own money. Regulatory bodies need to step in and investigate their ********* business practices.
Banks are supposed to be trustworthy institutions, but Hello Paisa (Sasfin Bank) operates in secrecy, withholding customers' money without clear explanations. If they are facing legal or financial issues, they should disclose this publicly instead of misleading customers into trusting them with their funds—only to freeze accounts without just cause.
Customers have a right to know if a bank is under investigation, facing liquidity problems, or dealing with compliance issues. Instead, Hello Paisa (Sasfin Bank) hides behind vague policies while people are left stranded, unable to access their own money.
If a financial institution cannot guarantee fair and ethical service, it has no business holding customer funds. Transparency is key in banking, and Hello Paisa (Sasfin Bank) has completely failed in this regard.
