Cant get my replacement card to me

My debit/credt card expired about 2 months ago. After reminding Sasfin they finally got a new one issued, about a week after it expired. The card got as far as their courier partner and was never delivered to me. The only reason I gave them a second star is because they made the effort to send many emails and phone calls to try and get the card to me. Sadly these were totally ineffective. One would think that getting cards to the clients would be a simple task for Sasfin by this time. They dont have virtual cards.
