Bad Service

I'm not happy about the Service she's not helpful I've Open Business Account with Olga Mdandalaza it's a 3rd week now I've been send emails to her to finalize on her side coz I'm done on my side now she send me to other people to assist i was not assisted and now she's quite not replying my Emails now when i call at her Branch they're saying they'll tell her to call me back even today no call no Emails nothing and now my Business is stacked because of that, please get someone to help me ASAP.
