I was bumped on May 31 and the Lady Insurance is refusing to fixed my car saying that I must claim from the driver who was driving from the far left. I don't know what happened between the two of them as I was driving on the fast lane.

We wish to advise you that our insured M Soul driver of the Renault Kwid HP47RBGP was not the cause of this collision. The Nissan Sentra that came into our clients path of travel from the yellow lane caused this accident.
Please can you redirect your claim to the driver of the Nissan Sentra.
