Unresolved Order and Non-Payment of Refund

On March 20, 2025, I requested and received a quotation for an AFROX ARCMATE DIY MMA 200 welding machine. Payment was made and proof of payment was sent on the very same day.

The item was never delivered.

After waiting for almost five months, I formally requested a refund on August 14, 2025. I was promised that the refund would be settled by the end of August. As of today, the refund has still not been received.

This issue has now been officially escalated to the CGSO.
