Consistently crumbly bread

<p>We buy at least one Whole weat Sasco Low GI bread per day for our household, and lately have bread that splits in two along a horisontal plane or breaks up into crumbs. It does not really help if you open your lunch tin and you have a heap of crumbs....</p>
