Sasbo finance union dissapointing

<p>I have been dealing with a few reps from the Sasbo finance union which I belong to . I am really dissapointed by the service recieved . I am not recieving any response to the recent mails I send to them . I cannot understand that members in an organisation just decide that they can stop replying to your mails . I have a membership with them which I pay monthly for , if I am contacting they offices its not on a buddy buddy basis its with regards to serious matters that demands a response at all times . I have never heard of a situation where I member or entity is paying for a certain service provider , but if they choose not to answer or respond to your emails you must be at they mercy. Its shocking how people that you are dealing with just decide to stop replying to a clients emails .</p>
