Good day

I'm a banker under the union SASBO.

We're currently having an issue with our employer regarding our Dec. payouts.

I personally logged a complaint last week regarding this dilemna to SASBO yet I'm still awaiting response.

We currently pay R129/ mnth for these services (Which is an obligation) yet when coming to resolving our issues its never on time.

This week I decided to call their agents, whom either tell me their busy or don't take my calls.

I'm greatly disappointed in the serves of the union as their job is to always protect us from our employers.
