Disappointing service at Sasbo regarding an unfair dismissal

Absolutely disappointed in Sasbo. Supposed to represent the people and fight for us, but they are useless. Failed to support and fight for me in being wrongfully dismissed. Sent them floods of emails never got a response back until the day before the date I had to appeal by just to be told they can't represent me as they find no fault. Worst service. I don't recommend at all. I was unfairly dismissed and they couldn't even be bothered. Paying them for years so they can keep their job, just to be told no they won't help. Absolutely disappointing. They are not a union for the people, they are a union that supports the company treating their staff unfairly and won't even try to fight for you as a staff member.
