School can't release results for more than 3 years

I am writting these review as a concern parent I have been struggling to get my daughters matric results from 2017 to date my child cannot futher her studies because of the matric certificate I have contacted sasamala secondary school more than 100 times went to school no one can assist my child has waisted 3 years of her life when I go to the school they told the the school has no principal the principal that could help went on pension or resigned. Can someone from head of Education assist
