Highly flabbergasted

It's been 9 days now waiting for delivery of the shoe I bought. After doing a follow up 6 days from purchase the consultant couldn't even pick up my order until I have her all the details. I asked for feedback yesterday and was promised it but nix. The "order tracking" ain't working, it's just a disaster.
